Whitfield Estates is a wonderful subdivision of approximately 124 homes nestled off South Brannon Stand Road near the Highlands and Highland Oaks golf course.
One of the most striking features of this area is the wonderful landscaping at the entrance, which includes a row of mature Bradford Pear tree line down the divided main street.
The Whitfield Ladies Club is very active in sponsoring seasonal activities that include the entire neighborhood. A yard sale, Easter egg hunt and Halloween festival are all held annually and include the entire neighborhood.
The neighborhood has a homeowners’ association which gives out awards for landscaping and lawn care on a regular basis. HOA dues are also kept low and are currently under $100 annually.
