It’s less expensive to live in Dothan

By CENTURY 21 Key Realty  on April 15, 2009

According to its 2008 Annual Report of the Council for Community and Economic Research compared 10 cities across the state of Alabama. The results showed Dothan had the lowest composite index in the state at 88 percent.

The composite index is based on six components: housing, utilities, grocery items, transportation, health care and mischellaneous goods and services. The lower the score, the lower the cost of living for that area.
